ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dianne Magor’s diverse background includes being a proud mother of two daughters and two cats; earning a Masters of Education (2003) and a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Studies (1994); becoming a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (2000); and receiving certification in teaching, human services, rehabilitation and criminal justice (1989-1991). She is also a certified Council of Accreditation Peer Reviewer (2012).

Dianne is a published author of two children’s books, a motivational speaker, and a musician who plays piano and marimba in the community to fundraise for non-profit charitable organizations. She enjoys writing poetry, composing music, and spending time at the beach with her family.

Currently, Dianne is teaching a Diploma program at Discovery Community College that certifies students to work in mental health, education, senior support, and developmental disabilities sectors.
